Workshop on Journey Beyond Undergraduate Mathematics

A One Day “Workshop on Journey Beyond Undergraduate Mathematics” was organized by the Department of Mathematics, DHSK College (Autonomous) on May 18, 2026. Prof. Anupam Saikia, Department of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati, Assam graced the occasion as a resource person. Dr. Partha Ganguli, Vice-Principal, DHSK College (Autonomous) emphasized the rule of Mathematics in Economics in his lecture. The presence of Dr. Devanjan Hazarika, Head, Department of Mathematics, Dr. Ananta Kumar Dutta, Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics, DHSK College (Autonomous), Dr. Jugen Dutta, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, Dibrugarh University and many other teachers made the inaugural ceremony successful. Dr. Amitav Doley initiated the event as a convener of the workshop. A total of 7 faculty members and 42 students participated in the workshop.
