Scholarships and Awards

       Students based on Merit cum Means and the students belonging to SC and ST communities may be awarded scholarships by the government. Apart from that, D.S.T. Inspire Award is given to the deserving students at the college by the concerned authorities.

Awards instituted by the D.H.S.K. College

1. Dr. Lakhi Prasad Dutta Award given to the best Arts Graduate student by the highest marks in the College.
2. Purabi Devi Boltan Award given to 2 students of each semester (Major in Chemistry), one Boy & one Girl securing highest mark by Department of Chemistry.
3. Tarun Ch. Sarmah and Nani Sarmah Memorial Award given by Dr. Sikhamoni Sarmah for securing highest CGPA up to Fourth Semester in Chemistry (Major) Programme.
4. Award given by Dr Anjali Phukan of the Chemistry Department to the best graduate of Chemistry.
5. Hasan Sharif Ahmed “Samannay Bota” by students Union of D.H.S.K. College Dibrugarh.
6. Premananda Hazarika memorial Award to students getting highest marks in Zoology by College Authority.
7. Kunjalata Gogoi memorial Award to the Students securing highest marks in Physics Major, in last semester result. It is donated by Dr. Minu Buragohain.
