An Exposure
Visit to Assam Petro-Chemicals Limited, Namrup was organized jointly by
Standards Club and Department of Mathematics, DHSK College on April 27, 2024. The members of Standards Club,
DHSK College and some students of Department of Mathematics, DHSK College
participated in the Exposure Visit. The responsibility of guiding and
supervising the students were shouldered by Dr. Priya Dev Goswami, Dr. Devanjan Hazarika and Dr. Amitav Doley of DHSK College. BIS, Guwahati
Branch Office nominated Dr. Amitav Doley
as BIS representative and Resource Person for the programme. Dr. Doley delivered a lecture on “A
Brief Overview of Bureau of Indian Standards” in connection with the programme.
