An international talk combinedly organised by the department of Sociology and IQAC, DHSK College, Dibrugarh. Mr. Deep Medhi, professor in the department of Computer Science and electrical engineering at University of Missouri, Kansas City and a fellow of IEEE was invited as chief speaker for the event. Eminent scientist Mr. Mukut Gohain from South Africa also participated in the talk.
