A Talk on
"Trauma, Memory and History: East-West Perspective in Indian
English Partition Literature " was organized by the Department of English, D.H.S.K College on 25.04,2022. The session
was inaugurated and chaired by Dr. S. K.
Saikia , Principal DHSK College. Dr. Mridul Sarma , coordinator IQAC, DHSK College
and the teachers of the department were present in the session. The invited
resource person was Prof. Pratik Chowdhury, former Head of the Department of
English, DHSK College. His deliberation was very insightful and enlightening. His
sense of humour made the topic accessible and kept the participants attention till the
end of the session. 180 students
attended and enjoyed the lecture The session was followed by a very fruitful
and interesting interactive session.
