On 1st November 2023, FYUGP 1st students of the Department of Botany from DHSK College, accompanied by Assistant Professor Rajib Lochan Borah, went on an educational excursion to Jalannagar South Tea Estate, in the heart of Dibrugarh district. This field trip aimed to provide students with a firsthand experience of the tea cultivation process, understand the cultural significance of tea plantations and delve into the historical aspects of Jalannagar South Tea Estate.
