In the memory of the seven students of Hostel No. 7 of Assam Engineering College, Jalukbari, Guwahati. The programme was jointly organized by the Dibrugarh District Committee of the Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Samiti, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Department of Sociology of Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmal Kanoi College. The event brought together students, academicians, and distinguished guests to pay tribute to the departed souls while fostering academic excellence and historical awareness through the quiz competition.
