A talk (part of Lecture Series) on the topic "Approaches to Critical Theory" was organised by the Department of English on 15th of September, 2026 at 10.30 a.m in Sarkardev Sabhakakya for both UG and PG students. The invited Resource Person for the event was Prof. Sukalpa Bhattacharjee, Dept. of English, NEHU Shillong. The talk was aimed at strengthening the concepts of Literary Theory and Criticism among the students for a better understanding of literary texts.
