*Institution-Level Speech Competition* Dibrugarh H.S. Kanoi College (Autonomous), Dibrugarh, organised an Institution-Level Speech Competition on 23 September 2026 under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, as per the SOP of the Higher Education Department, Government of Assam. UG and PG Students from all the Departments and Programmes, Science and Arts streams, participated enthusiastically, showcasing their oratory skills, confidence and perspectives on the selected socially relevant topic.
