The Department of Political Science, DHSK College (Autonomous), Dibrugarh, organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting on 24 September 2026 for the students of the FYUGP 1st Semester Major programme. The meeting was convened with the objective of establishing effective communication and meaningful engagement among parents, teachers, and students, while facilitating a better understanding of the students’ academic progress and overall development. During the meeting, the faculty members apprised the parents of the students’ academic performance, attendance, classroom participation, and engagement in departmental activities. Various academic and developmental aspects were discussed, and parents were encouraged to maintain regular communication with the department and extend necessary support to their wards. The meeting also provided a platform for parents to share their observations and suggestions regarding the academic environment and student welfare. The interaction concluded with a shared commitment from the department and the parents to work collaboratively towards enhancing the academic performance, discipline, and holistic development of the students.
